Marchilo is a pilot service operated on an individual basis in Morocco. Some features, including live social publishing, may remain limited or in simulation.
Purpose of the service
Marchilo helps users structure their brand, offers, and knowledge, then create, review, organize, and schedule marketing content. The service may integrate third-party AI providers and social networks.
Access and account
- You must provide accurate information and keep your access credentials confidential.
- You are responsible for actions taken through your account unless you promptly report a compromise.
- Pilot access may be limited, suspended, or closed to protect the service and its users.
- The service is intended for professionals and adults able to enter into a contract.
AI-generated content
Generated content is a working proposal. It may contain errors, unsuitable wording, or incomplete information. You must review and approve it before use or publication.
You remain responsible for the legality, accuracy, and compliance of your publications, including advertising, intellectual property, promotions, and third-party rights.
Social networks and publishing
A social connection is created only after you authorize it with the relevant platform. You may remove it from Marchilo or the platform’s settings.
A live post should run only when the feature is enabled, content has been approved, and a schedule exists. Rules and outages affecting Meta, LinkedIn, or another platform remain outside Marchilo’s control.
Your content and rights
You retain the rights you hold in information, documents, brands, media, and content you provide. You allow Marchilo to process them only to deliver requested features.
Marchilo does not claim ownership of your generated content. Whether it can be protected or exploited depends on applicable law, the source data, and third-party provider terms.
Prohibited uses
- Generating or publishing illegal, deceptive, hateful, fraudulent, or rights-infringing content.
- Uploading confidential or personal data without authority and a valid basis.
- Bypassing security, disrupting the service, bulk-extracting data, or sharing access without permission.
- Using Marchilo for spam or to breach a connected platform’s rules.
Pilot availability
Marchilo is under active development. Features may change, be interrupted, or be removed. We take reasonable steps to protect data and continuity but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability during the pilot.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Marchilo is not liable for decisions made without verifying generated content, third-party provider outages, or posts made using your permissions. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Suspension, departure, and deletion
You may stop using the service, disconnect social networks, or request deletion of your account and data at contact@marchilo.com. Marchilo may suspend access for a security risk, prohibited use, or legal requirement.
Applicable law and contact
These terms are governed by Moroccan law, subject to mandatory rules that may apply to the user. The parties will first seek an amicable solution. Questions may be sent to contact@marchilo.com.
